Hewston Higgins
Hewston Higgins school learning resources
For schools, SENCOs and trusts

One school. Hundreds of different learners. One growing library built to give staff more ways to reach them.

Give staff one searchable, expanding library of illustrated books, SEND-supportive resources, early maths, literacy, emotional wellbeing, classroom activities and teacher materials — licensed to your setting and designed to grow in value over time.

The complete school system

Membership is the infrastructure around the books.

A school is not paying simply to collect PDFs. It is buying managed access to a growing eligible library, approved staff accounts, secure school-specific resources, onboarding, usage reporting and continued access while the licence remains active.

One private library

Staff search the approved collection instead of managing scattered links and files.

Controlled staff access

Access sits under the registered organisation and can be managed as staffing changes.

Protected resources

Premium resources can be delivered for portal viewing, while printable PDFs can be identified to the licensed school.

Evidence of value

Usage data helps the school see engagement and helps Hewston Higgins support low-use accounts before renewal.

Why the model is different

The library grows while your agreed rate stays protected.

Schools selecting a 3- or 5-year agreement are billed annually and do not need to re-contract each year. Their agreed annual rate is protected for the contracted term while eligible new resources can continue to be added to the library.

Growing catalogue

New books, activities and teacher resources can be added throughout the year.

School-specific licence

Protected member access and licensed downloads tied to the registered setting.

Physical + digital

Membership supports digital access while physical books, class sets and programmes remain available separately.

Usage reporting

Schools can see how the library is being used, helping internal review and renewal decisions.

Implementation

Not just access - a structured start.

Members can set priorities, add staff, choose age groups and begin with the resources most relevant to their setting.
