Monthly feedback draw terms

The promoter is Jonathan Hewston, trading as Hewston Higgins Books & Learning. Enquiries can be made through the contact page.

Who can enter

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• No purchase is necessary.
• One entry per person in each calendar month.
• Employees or contractors directly involved in administering the draw may not enter.

How to enter

Submit an original, honest review using the review form and tick the optional draw-entry box. A positive rating is not required. A review does not have to be published to remain eligible, provided it is genuine, complete and not spam, duplicated, unlawful or submitted using another person's identity.

Monthly closing time

Each monthly draw closes at 23:59 UK time on the final calendar day of that month. Eligible entries received after that time move into the following month.

Prize and winner selection

One eligible entrant will be selected at random within seven days after month-end. The prize is the winner's choice of one currently available Hewston Higgins individual paperback book or one digital resource, up to a maximum advertised retail value of £19.99. There is no cash alternative. Physical prizes can be delivered only to a UK address.

The selected entrant will be contacted using the private email address supplied with the review and will have 14 days to respond. If they do not respond, another eligible entrant may be selected.

Fairness, privacy and changes

Submitting a critical or lower-rated review will not reduce the chance of selection. Review email addresses are not published. Personal information is handled in line with the Privacy Notice. The promoter may suspend or amend the draw if circumstances outside reasonable control make this necessary, while protecting entries already made as far as reasonably possible.

These terms should be read before entering. Nothing in them limits statutory consumer rights.
