Accessibility statement
Hewston Higgins aims to make this website usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, zoom, voice input or alternative display settings.
What this build includes
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and a skip-to-content link.
- Responsive layouts for phones, tablets and desktop screens.
- Semantic headings and labelled form controls.
- Text alternatives for functional images where available.
- High-contrast text treatments across core navigation and content.
Known limitations
Some decorative and highly detailed book artwork may not yet have full descriptive alternative text. Downloadable PDFs and image-based teaching resources may also require additional accessibility work depending on their final publication format.
Feedback
If you need information in another format or find an accessibility problem, use the contact page. We will review reasonable requests for an accessible alternative.

Before public-sector procurement: carry out a formal WCAG accessibility audit and update this statement with the tested conformance level and test date.
